We generally perform a preliminary investigation within 48 hours of receiving your P&L statement. From there we will give our recommendations for either deep-dive in to specific areas of the business or commence strategic planning process.

What are the loan repayments?

Generally, there are no repayments during the loan term.  The total payout figure is due at the end of the loan term.  However, it can be customized to your needs so that you can make interest-only repayments during the bridging finance period followed by a final payment of principal and interest.

Why don’t banks fund these loans?

Banks couldn’t turn the loan around in that time.  If a borrower can wait a month (and has good financials) they may get an overdraft or business loan.  If they have 2 months they could possibly refinance a mortgage.  However, the sudden need for a fast capital injection necessitates a fast-turnaround loan – the bridging loan.
